This is a miniature model-making scenery supply, not a natural tree.

Because the foliage is attached to the model, some small amounts of foliage may loosen during transportation or handling. This is normal for this type of scenery material and loose pieces can generally be secured with suitable craft glue.

The wire trunk and branches may be compressed during shipping. Gently reshape them by hand after delivery.

The model is not waterproof and should not be soaked or submerged in water.

There may be a small measurement variation of approximately 1–2 cm due to manual production and measurement.

Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and monitor settings.
