Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from warehouses in Hong Kong or China.

Shipping costs will vary based on the total price of the order and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. 

All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and/or other packaging supplies to help protect your item(s) during transit. 

All orders are usually sent by Hong Kong Post, China Post, 4PX, or USPS.

All of our orders are trackable. You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Standard shipping time for most countries takes around 10-20 business days, depending on where you're shipping to. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. 

Please Note: Due to new COVID-19-related safety procedures put in place by third-party couriers, processing and shipping of orders may be delayed.

Duties and Taxes:

Duties and taxes(VAT) are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. We are not able to determine these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
